Kimberly Smith joined Georgia Tech’s football staff as director of on-campus recruiting in 2023.
Smith came to The Flats from Kansas, where she served as director of recruiting operations for two seasons (2021-22). Prior to her two-year stint at KU, she spent two years (2019-20) as an intern at her alma mater, Troy, first in operations, then in recruiting.
She also worked as a recruiting student assistant as an undergraduate at Troy, where she graduated with a B.S. in hospitality, sport and tourism management in 2019.
