2021-22 (Sophomore): Went 13-10 in singles action during the spring…Was 5-7 against ACC opponents…Competed mainly at the No. 4 position, producing a 10-9 singles ledger…After dropping two of his first three conference matches, rattled off three-straight singles victories against ACC foes…Cruised to a 6-1, 6-3 decision over Rrezart Cungu of Wake Forest in the ACC Tournament…Compiled a 9-11 mark in doubles action in the spring…Partnered with Keshav Chopra to win four-straight doubles matches against ACC opponents…Clinched the doubles point in Tech’s victory over Miami in the ACC Tournament, defeating Bojan Jankulovski and Dan Martin, 7-5…Has a productive fall tournament season, posting a 10-4 singles record…Finished with a 23-14 overall singles record for the season…Was 3-6 in fall tournament action in doubles to finish with a 12-17 overall mark.

Personal/High School: Held an International Tennis Federation world junior ranking of No. 88, after rising as high as No. 56 in January of 2020… The righthanded player has won three ITF titles, and has competed in the junior Australian Open and U.S. Open grand slam events… Dong, born in Yeronga, Queensland, also has represented Australia in Junior Davis Cup competition in Budapest where he played No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles for his country… majoring in computer science…
