2018-19 (Sophomore): Became the first Georgia Tech swimming and diving student-athlete in program history to be a three-time All-American at the same NCAA Championships … Earned for personal-best times at the NCAA Championships, in the 100 breast (6th – 51.38), 200 breast (4th – 1:50.79), and 200 IM (6th – 1:41.04) … Finished in first in the 200 breast finals at the ACC Championships with the fastest time of the season (1:51.46), earning an NCAA A qualifying time, breaking the school record, pool meet record, and conference record … Led the way in the 200 IM at the ACC Championships, finishing first with a time of 1:41.28, shattering the school record and pool record at the Greensboro Aquatic Center … Member of the 800 free relay team that turned in a program-best NCAA B time of 6:19.43 – a scorching 5.8 seconds faster than the previous record – at the ACC Championships … Also split 1:33.84 to open the relay with a school-record 200 free time … Also finished second in the 100 breast with an NCAA B qualifying time of 52.07 … Helped set two school relay records at the Georgia Tech Invitational, finishing with an NCAA A qualifying time of 1:24.23 in the 200 medley relay, and an NCAA B qualifying time of 3:06.87 in the 400 medley relay … Placed first in the 100 free (44.55) and 200 free (1:36.90) and second in the 500 free (4:33.54) vs. Denver … Finished first in the 100 fly (48.96) and third in the 200 fly (1:48.92) vs. South Carolina … Runner-up in the 200 free (1:40.16) at the FAU Fun in the Sun Invite … Swept the 100 breast (52.53), 200 breast (1:52.38), 200 IM (1:42.89) and 400 IM (3:43.00 – NCAA B qualifying time), and also part of the 400 free relay team that swam the team’s fastest time of the season (2:52.79) at the Georgia Tech Invitational … Swept the Jackets’ meet against Notre Dame, Miami, winning the 100 breast (55.40), 100 IM (48.65) and 400 IM (3:50.83) … Took first in the 100 breast (55.87), 200 breast (2:01.19) and 200 IM (1:48.82) against FSU, Pitt … Won the 200 IM (1:47.69) vs. FGCU, SCAD … Placed second in the 200 breast (1:54.79) and 200 IM (1:44.83) at the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.

Before Tech: Swam for the Esporte Clube Pinheiros team in São Paulo, Brazil … Ranked as high as the No. 18 recruit in the men’s 2017 class by CollegeSwimming.com … Has competed in a number of meets in both Brazil and internationally … Finished first overall in the 200 breast (2:18.01) and was part of the winning 200 medley relay unit (2:03.98) at the Gymnasíade 2016 Trabazon in Turkey in July 2016 … Also placed third in the 400 medley relay (4:30.50) and was a member of the gold medal national team in the 4×100 free … Finished fourth in the 200 breast (2:08.68) and eighth overall in the 200 free (1:46.50) at the XLIII Senior Swimming Brazilian Championships … Also swam a leg in both the 200 medley relay (1:58.96) and the 400 medley relay (4:16.8) which both finished in sixth-place overall … Competed at the XXIV Youth Winter Swimming Brazilian Championships, where he was part of the 400 medley and 200 medley relay teams that set new meet records and were crowned the national champions … Named a national champion in the 200 meter breast (2:17.14) and in the 100 meter breast (1:04.06) … Swam at the XXVIII Youth Swimming Brazilian Championships, the 5th Junior World Championships in Singapore, the XXV Youth South American Swimming Championships in Peru and at the Multinations Youth Swimming Meet in Portugal … Competed for Brazil in the 6th FINA World Junior Championships in August 2017 … Swam as the second leg of the 4×100 medley relay team that finished in seventh-place with a time of 3:42.35 at the FINA World Junior Championships … Also swam the anchor leg of Brazil’s 4×200 meter free relay team (7:34.79) that touched the wall in eighth-place overall in the finals … Finished fifth in the 200 medley (2.00.97) and posted a top-20 finish in the 100 breast (1:02.64) at the FINA World Junior Championships.
