2022: Second Team All-ACC … Started in all 29 matches, playing in all 103 sets … Ranked fourth in the ACC in assists per set with 10.12 and fifth in the league in total assists with 1,042 … Eclipsed the 1,000 mark for the first time in a single season as Tech’s lead setter … Pitched in defensively, ranking top-five on the team in digs with 188 and total blocks with 38 on the season … Also added 20 kills and 14 aces on the year … Set career highs of 61 assists and six total blocks against then No. 7 Pitt (Nov. 23) … Tallied career high 13 digs against former No. 8 Ohio State (Sept. 11) and NC State (Oct. 30) … Served up career-best three aces in sweep of FIU (Sept. 4) … Picked up career-high four kills in sweep of Clemson (Nov. 18) … Compiled a career high of 13 digs twice through the season … Totaled five double doubles on the season – 36 assists/11 digs in a 3-1 win over Arizona State (Sept. 3), 38 assists/13 digs against then No. 8 Ohio State (Sept. 11), 39 assists/10 digs facing former No. 7 Pitt (Oct. 9), 49 assists/13 digs in a 3-1 win over NC State (Oct. 30) and 33 assists/10 digs in a sweep of Clemson (No. 18) … 10 matches with 40 or more assists.
2021: Played in 25 matches, including 46 sets … Totaled 54 assists on the year to rank third on the team … Also added 14 digs and five total blocks … Season-high 21 assists and seven digs against UCLA (Sep. 4).
2020: Competed in 17 matches through 40 total sets, earning five starts as setter … Orchestrated the offense to a 4-1 record as a starter with sweeps in all four wins over Virginia (March 7), Boston College (March 12), Virginia Tech (March 19) and Syracuse (March 20) … Season-high 43 assists against Virginia … 29+ assists in five matches … Season-high 10 digs at No. 22 Pitt (March 8) … Finished the year totaling 251 assists (6.28 a/s), 36 digs, 12 block assists and six kills.
High School: She lettered for four seasons as a setter, serving two years as team captain. She was a conference champion for four-straight seasons (2016-19). For three of those four season D’Amico led her team to district championship titles (2016, ’17, ’19). In her final season, she led her team to the D1 state championship title, earning first team all-CCL, all-district and all-state. She was also named Central District Player of the Year. Not just a standout on the court, D’Amico spent four years on the honor roll and serves as the secretary of National Honor Society.
