As a Junior in 2010-11: Set a new season best time in the 500-Free (4:51.04), and career bests in the 100-Back (54.66) and the 200-Back (1:56.98) at the ACC Championships … Her 100-Back and 200-Back times also set new school records … Part of the 400-Medley relay team to set the school record of 3:42.02 and the 400-Free relay team to set the second fastest time in school history with a 3:21.64 finish at the ACC Championships … Recorded a season best time at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational in the 200-Free (1:52.03) … Posted a first place finish and a season best time in the 100-Free (52.69) and a first place finish in the 200-Free (1:52.23) vs. Darton … Took first place in the 100-Back (57.20) vs. NCSU.

As a Sophomore in 2009-10: Set a new personal-best during her sophomore season in the 500-Free after hitting the wall in 4:50.77 at the 2010 ACC Championships … mark was the 17th best of the championships … Also set new personal bests in the 100 and 200-Back at the ACC Championships … hit the wall in 1:57.68 to finish 10th overall in the 200-Back and finished in 55.25 in the 100-Back to place 18th … Finished first in both the 100 and 200-Back vs. Emory touching the wall in 56.79 and 2:03.05 respectively … Earned a first place finish in the 100-Back with a time of 57.25 vs. NC State … Took home second in the 200-Back with a time of 2:05.94 at UNC … Finished first in both the 100 and 200-Back at Duke with times of 56.91 and 2:03.90 respectively.

As A Freshman In 2008-09: Part of the Tech record-setting 200-Free relay team (1:33.16) at the ACC Championships … Set career-highs in the 50-Free (23.69), 100-Back (55.96) and 200-Back (1:59.38) at the ACC Championships … Also established career-bests in the 100-Free (52.69) at the ConocoPhillips U.S. Short Course Nationals.

High School: Four-year letterwinner for Coach Gary Webb … Was part of four state championship teams … Set a new high school record in the 100-Back in 2008 and won the title … Two-time All-American and 2008 recipient of the Seahawk Award … Qualified for the Olympic Trials in the 100-Back with her time of 1:04.19 at the OVC Meet … Class Valedictorian as well as member of the National Honors Society and Beta Club.

Personal: Born Heidi Jill Hatteberg on July 11, 1990, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa … Parents are Kent and Hope Hatteberg … Has two older sisters, Sarah and Lindsay … Father was director of the choir at the University of Louisville that won the choir Olympics as well as the Kentucky Ambassadors … Chose Georgia Tech because of its education, swimming and proximity to home … Hobbies include singing, dancing, running, sewing and designing … An Aerospace Engineering major.
