THE FLATS – For the third-straight-straight year, the Georgia Tech Athletic Association, along with corporate partner Sage, will donate 2,000 football tickets to charitable children’s organizations as part of Georgia Tech’s Charitable Ticket Donation Program. This year, the program will distribute tickets for the Yellow Jackets’ Sept. 9 home opener versus Jacksonville State to local youth.
Any 501c3 organization that focuses its efforts on benefitting underprivileged children (ages 18 and under) may request tickets online by clicking HERE. The deadline to request tickets is Friday, Aug. 25 at 5 p.m.
Due to high demand, general youth groups and organizations (e.g. youth sports teams/leagues, schools) are not eligible for the Charitable Ticket Donation Program.
Georgia Tech fans that wish to donate to this special cause can click HERE to purchase tickets for just $12 apiece that will distributed to local youth.
Georgia Tech opens the 2017 campaign on Monday, Sept. 4 versus Tennessee in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game at brand-new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta. A limited number of season tickets, which include a seat for the highly anticipated opener against Tennessee at MBS, remain.
Flex Packs, which allow fans to purchase tickets for any three, four, five or six games at Bobby Dodd Stadium — including the Nov. 25 showdown versus archrival Georgia — and single-game tickets for the Yellow Jackets’ home contests versus Jacksonville State (Sept. 9), Pittsburgh (Sept. 23), North Carolina (Sept. 30), Wake Forest (Oct. 21) and Virginia Tech (Nov. 11) are also on sale now.
