Thank you for your interest in booking Buzz for your event!
Each year, Buzz attends around 400 events on and off campus in addition to GT athletics events. These include campus engagement events, weddings, alumni galas, corporate mixers, charity events, and much more!
Once submitted, your event will tentatively be placed on the Buzz calendar. The mascot coordinator will reach out to you via email with a quote and to confirm details.
We do our best to accommodate all event requests, but Georgia Tech Athletics and official Institute events take precedence. All other events are fulfilled on a first come first served basis and are confirmed at the discretion of the mascot coordinator. Note, additional fees may be incurred if your event falls on a Georgia Tech home gameday.
There is a one week lead time between form submission and confirmation email. If your event is submitted less than a week in advance, there is no guarantee of confirmation or attendance.
After confirming your event details, you will receive a link for payment. To finalize the request and confirm Buzz’s attendance, payment must be submitted 24 hours before your event date. If your department/organization requires an invoice and/or payment after service, please indicate in the form below.
