THE FLATS – It’s Game Week on the Flats and the Georgia Tech Athletics Association is excited to unveil a list of 20 items to enhance your gameday experience in 2014:
- A new Service & Retention Team is available to help all fans with their ticketing, parking and other related needs
- Gift Totes exclusively allowing Season Tickets Holders the opportunity to enter Bobby Dodd Stadium with allowable food and beverages are now provided
- The completely-redesigned Georgia Tech Gameday mobile app is now available, featuring:
• Live game audio broadcast
• Robust stats package - All-new Buzz Memories program, giving fans the opportunity to purchase exclusive experiences including:
• Field Passes for Kickoff
• Leading the team down Yellow Jacket Alley
• Seat Upgrades - New AT&T distributed antenna system (DAS) installed throughout the stadium for improved AT&T cellular services. In the near future, other cellular providers will be able to use AT&Ts DAS backbone to increase their signal strength at Bobby Dodd.
- A complimentary “bring a friend” pair of tickets to the home opener vs. Wofford were available to all Season Ticket Holders to redeem
- New concessions in the Festival Area (sections 103-105) include Smash Burger and Chick-fil-A
- Chick-fil-A has also been added to the Club Lounge
- Former Yellow Jacket and fan-favorite Roddy Jones has joined the radio broadcast team as an analyst
- Tailgate Village — new first-class turnkey tailgating experience on Tech Green just blocks from Bobby Dodd Stadium — is available for everyone to enjoy
- Georgia Tech Football game broadcasts will air on our new Flagship partner, 680 The Fan and 93.7 FM
- Mobile ticket delivery is now available for fans’ smartphones, which may be scanned directly at the gates at Bobby Dodd Stadium
- New Alumni (five years removed from Georgia Tech, beginning December `11) Season Ticket Holders may now sit together in section 121
- The padded Stinger Seats program has been expanded, being offered in Club seating on a seasonal basis
- A new ticket package — Family Zone Season Tickets (minimum of three tickets at $129 each), includes hot dogs/nachos and soda vouchers for every game
- The Miami game has been identified for the popular “White Out” promotion
- Georgia Tech will honor former All-American quarterback Joe Hamilton at the Clemson game Nov. 15 for his induction to the College Football Hall of Fame
- 2014 ACC Champions men’s golf and baseball to be recognized at a future home game
- Season Ticket Holders will be invited to an exclusive Holiday/Family Photo Event on Grant Field in November
- Barnes & Noble Bookstore has added a sales location in the pregame Wreckfest area
