2019: Track:
Indoor: Competed at three meets… set a new PR in the 3K finishing with a time of 10:36.19 at the Music City Challenge. Outdoor: Competed at four meets… set a new PR in the 5k turning in a time of 17:59.65 at the Georgia Tech Invitational… ran a personal-best 4:54.68 in the 1500m at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial.
2018 Track:
Indoor: Posted a season-best 5K time of 18:23.88 at the Orange & Purple Invite to finish second overall … turned in a 10:46.16 time in the 3L at the Bob Pollock Invite. Outdoor: Recorded a season-best 5K time of 18:51.11 at the Tiger Track Classic … also ran a 4:59.41 1500m at the Spec Towns Invite.
2017 Cross Country:
Ran a season-best 6K time at the Crimson Classic (22:08.2) … also turned in a 15:56.7 in the 4K at the Jacksonville State Opener.
2017 Track:
Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Jackets … Took fifth in the 5000m at the Orange and Purple Classic with a career-best time of 18:26.64. Outdoor: Competed in three meets … Raced a career-best time of 18:13.51 in the 5000m at the Tennessee Relays … Also raced in the 5000m at the Georgia Tech Invitational and Yellow Jacket Invitational.
2016 Cross Country:
Competed in one meet … Raced the 5k at the UGA Invitational with a time of 19:21.5.
