The Yellow Jackets went on the road and defeated the #16 Hokies, 69-53. This was Georgia Tech’s second road ACC win of the season and Virginia Tech’s first home ACC loss of the season. Moses Wright was dominant for Georgia Tech. Wright had a double-double with 26 points and 10 rebounds, hitting 9-of-11 shots from the floor and 7-of-11 from the foul line with three assists. Jose Alvarado scored 13 points and Michael Devoe added 12 points.
