Volleyball Ticketing FAQ

Fan First Guarantee

We realize there are many unanswered questions related to the upcoming season due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Various scenarios could require some flexibility and patience on the part of our fans, and we greatly appreciate your help in overcoming these hurdles together.

Rest easy that your investment in Georgia Tech volleyball season tickets is fully protected.   Any payments you make towards your season tickets are 100-percent refundable should the season be impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

In the event that the entire season is impacted prior to its start (e.g. season is not played as scheduled or played without fans in attendance), season ticket members will be offered the following refund options for their ticket payments:

  • Receive a refund for the full amount to the original method of payment
  • Apply the entire refund as a credit towards 2021 season tickets
  • Donate all or a portion of the refund to the A-T Fund

In the event that scheduled games are not played after the season has started, season ticket members will be offered the following refund options for their ticket payments:

  • Receive a prorated refund to the original method of payment based on the number of games that are impacted
  • Apply the prorated refund as a credit towards 2021 season tickets
  • Donate all or a portion of the prorated refund to the A-T Fund

After the start of the season, if any games are rescheduled, tickets from the original date would be valid for the rescheduled date, with no refunds offered.

New For 2020 – Contactless Digital Ticketing 

All tickets will be delivered electronically for presentation on the customer’s smart phone for the 2020-21 athletics season.  Ticket delivery will not be available via mail nor will fans have the option to print tickets from home.  Helpful information on why this decision was made and a list of mobile ticketing FAQ’s can be found here.

Season Ticket FAQ’s

Q: When is the season ticket renewal deadline?
A: 
Season tickets renewals are due prior to 5pm on August 26, 2020.   You can renew your seats at www.ramblinwreck.com/myaccount or by calling 888-TECHTIX during regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm)

Q: I would like to renew my season tickets once there is more clarity around the 2020 volleyball season. Is there anything I can do to extend my renewal?
A: The renewal deadlines are unable to be extended.  As you consider your renewal decision, please know that in an effort to make you feel more comfortable about your investment, the options in the Fan First Guarantee section above have been outlined for you.

Q: I have health/financial concerns and do not feel comfortable committing to season tickets this year, but I plan to return for the 2021 season. Can I maintain my current seats?
A: Please contact the GT Ticket Office at 888-TECHTIX or tickets@athletics.gatech.edu.

Q: Will O’Keefe Gymnasium be practicing social distancing recommendations?
A: The GTAA continues to work with campus, community, and health officials to determine a return to competition that is safe for student-athletes, officials, and fans.

Q: Are new season tickets still available for purchase?
A: Yes, new season tickets are available for purchase at www.ramblinwreck.com or by calling 888-TECHTIX.

Q: When will single game ticket sales begin?
A: A date has yet to be determined, please check back for updated information.

Q: When can I expect to hear an official decision regarding the 2020 volleyball season?
A: The GTAA continues to work with campus, community, and health officials to determine a return to competition that is safe for student-athletes, officials, and fans.
