Taryn Applebaum is a leadership giving officer for the Aspire Group and the fan relationship management center at Georgia Tech.
A native of Manalapan, New Jersey, she joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association as a new sales consultant in the fan relationship management center in March 2016 and was promoted to senior service and retention consultant in June 2016. She began her current role in 2020.
Her previous experience in the sport and entertainment industry includes time with the South Carolina football office, iHeart Media, and the Nashville Sports Council.
She received her degree in sport and entertainment management from the University of South Carolina in December 2015.
Outside of work, she writes for a cheerleading magazine and is a head instructor for cheerleading camps through the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA).
