Quinton Washington was named a manager of partnership activation with Legends Global Sales, joining the Georgia Tech athletics partnership in August 2023. In his role, Washington manages a book of business ranging from local-level partnerships to prominent multi-year partnerships.
Washington came to The Flats from New Orleans, where he served as a partnership marketing coordinator for four years (2019-23) with the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. With the Saints and Pelicans, he aligned on partnership goals and objectives with clients to develop and execute strategy, ultimately generating additional revenue for the organization through upsells. Additionally, it helped lead to successful partnership renewals by identifying opportunities for growth and creating solutions that highlight the return on investment. During his time in New Orleans, Washington received the first annual Social Impact Award in 2023 which is a peer nominated award to honor an employee for their commitment to equity and justice within the organizations and community.
His background in sports also includes stints with the Atlanta Falcons, Hawks, Braves and The College Football Hall of Fame, while coaching youth sports in his spare time.
Washington attended the University of West Georgia, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis. His extra-curricular activities and societies include: The Black Student Alliance (Vice President), The Marketing Club, NAACP, and African American Male Initiative Program, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Tau Chi Chapter (President).
