De’Lawane Randolph joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association in March 2021.
Randolph began her accounting career in 2011 at Albany State University as an accountant in the office of business services processing accounts payable and travel/expenses. In addition to accounts payable, Randolph gained experience in student accounts and collections, payroll, bank reconciliation, general ledger management, grant management and treasury management in state and local government.
She returned to Albany State in October 2018 serving as the athletics business manager (Div. II – NCAA Strategic Alliance Matching Grant) before arriving on The Flats. While with the Golden Rams, Randolph served as the liaison between the offices of accounting services, budgets and contracts, procurement and internal audits. Her day-to-day duties included ensuring the Department of Athletics’ compliance with state, conference and NCAA regulations for business transactions for all 13 NCAA-sponsored programs and five administrative units, while also managing the department’s budgets, ticket operations, as well as team and staff travel.
She holds memberships with NACDA, CABMA, and Women Leaders in College Sports. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University having earned a masters in sport management (2015). She completed her undergraduate studies in accounting from Albany State University.
She is a current CPA candidate for the State of Georgia.
