Daniel Ingold was named a senior manager of partnerships with Legends Global Sales, joining the Georgia Tech athletics partnership in September 2022.
Prior to joining the Georgia Tech partnership, Ingold spent the better part of seven years as a senior account executive of hospitality and suite sales for the Atlanta Braves. During his tenure with the Braves, he was responsible for over $10 million in ticket revenue over seven seasons which concluded with an organizational record of $2.4 million in group and suite revenue during the 2021 season. His team oversaw the strategy and development of ticketing strategy for the newly opened Truist Park in 2017, as well as four postseason appearances, culminating with the 2021 World Series.
Before his stint with the Braves, Ingold spent two-and-a-half years with the Arizona Diamondbacks, where he worked as a full menu account executive selling season and group tickets, hospitality space and suite rentals. As a team captain for the D-backs Give Back League, he orchestrated the fundraising, construction and donation of an 1,100 sq. ft. family visitation center on the campus of Devereux Arizona, a youth residential treatment facility in Scottsdale.
A Hickory, N.C. native, Ingold graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2012. He is an avid traveler having visited five continents and 18 (and counting) major league ballparks.
