Colleen Dohm arrived on The Flats in 2021 to lead partnership activation for Legends as part of Tech’s multi-media rights partnership. In 2023, she was named senior director of partnership activation. Most recently, Dohm was involved in the largest field naming rights deal in college sports with Hyundai for Georgia Tech Athletics and Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Prior to arriving on The Flats, Dohm spent over 10 years in the professional sports industry leading partnership marketing for the Buffalo Bills where she participated in the activation of the Bills in Toronto Series that generated additional revenue by playing select home games in a larger market north of the border. In 2009, she joined the Charlotte Bobcats, building the foundation of their partnership activation team, and, in 2010, she experienced the ownership transition to the majority owner, Michael Jordan, that ultimately led to their return to the Charlotte Hornets. Dohm managed a portfolio of partnerships including Lowe’s, Coca-Cola, Novant Health, Time Warner Cable, and Jordan Brand.

After some time spent in healthcare marketing across the southeast, Dohm re-located to Georgia where she spent five years with the Harlem Globetrotters and its parent company, Herschend Family Entertainment, headquartered in Peachtree Corners, Ga.  Dohm graduated from the University of Dayton and resides in Acworth, Ga., with her husband and two sons.
