Claudia Williams joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association in August 2017 as the head Goldrush dance team coach. She joined Georgia Tech with deep roots in the National Dance Alliance (NDA), where she continues to serve as a lead instructor, adjudicator and coach trainer at collegiate summer programs across the country.
Before coming to Tech, Williams was the lead choreographer for Vestavia High School’s dance program. During this time, the program received bronze medals at the NDA National High School Championships in 2016 and 2017.
Williams graduate from Valdosta State University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. During her undergraduate career, she competed at the NDA Collegiate National Championship where she was captain of the 4-time national championship team.
