During her time there, she assisted in processing more than $15 million in ticket revenue and donations through phone and in-person sales, as well as the development and distribution of women’s lacrosse suite tickets.
Prior to Maryland, Clausen was an assistant in the University of North Carolina ticket office for two years, executing day-to-day operations, including handling communications, audits and maintaining inventory. In addition to working in operations for football, men’s basketball and baseball season-ticket holders, she assisted in game-day operations for all ticket sports at UNC, including postseason events for baseball, women’s soccer and volleyball.
Clausen also worked as a ticket fulfillment representative for the New York Mets in 2017.
