Brittany Davis joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association as a senior accountant in June 2018.
Her primary responsibilities include accurate receipt and timely recording of all revenue related items, including ticket, sponsorship, conference and donor related income. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and recording Alexander-Tharpe Fund contributions, maintaining pledge tracking, fundraising reporting, ACC/NCAA championship reimbursements, and serving as the liaison for external revenue departments.
Prior to arriving on The Flats, Davis worked for the City of Atlanta from 2012-18 as a senior recreation operations assistant. Davis was responsible for reconciliation, inputting operational data and prepared reports, and managed recreational/athletic teams, clubs and activities.
Davis graduated from Le Moyne College with a bachelor of arts in communications and a minor in English in 2010. She also holds an AS in physical education and athletic injuries from Labette Community College (2008). While working on her master of science in sports administration from Georgia State, which she earned in 2012, Davis worked in the university’s recreational services department.
A former women’s basketball student-athlete, Davis played for three seasons (2005-08) at Labette Community College where she was a two-year captain and helped lead the Lady Cardinals to a 24-8 record in 2007-08. She also earned two letters at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y., (2008-10) in women’s basketball.
A native of Detroit, Mich., Davis is married to Georgia Tech alum Marcus McKinney. The couple have twins, Mariah and Marcus II.
