Lexi Walters joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association staff in July 2021 as an academic support coordinator for the football program.
Prior to arriving at Georgia Tech, Walters served as a post-graduate intern in Florida State University’s Student-Athlete Academic Services department. While with the Seminoles, Walters worked with the football program.
Walters earned her master’s degree in sport business with a concentration in athletic administration at Temple University in 2020. While in Philadelphia, she was the sports information director for Temple’s women’s soccer, gymnastics and men’s and women’s tennis teams. In addition to this role, she served as an academic mentor and a student-athlete affairs intern.
In 2017, Walters graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina in media & journalism- public relations and a certificate in sports communication. She was a student-athlete for the Tar Heel’s rowing program.
Walters is a native of Chalfont, Pennsylvania.
