Before Tech: A four-year letter award winner at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas under head coach Alison Soelter … A three-time National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association (NISCA) All-American (2016, 2017 and 2018) … A three-time Texas Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association (TISCA) all-state first-team member (2016, 2017 and 2018) … Led her high school team to back-to-back state championships (2015 and 2016) … Placed fourth in the 500 free (4:56.33) at the 2018 UIL Texas 6A State Championships, after posting a runner-up finish in the 500 free (4:53.10) and fourth in the 200 free (1:51.41) at the 2018 UIL 6A Region 3 Championships … Was a 2017 Texas 6A state finalist in the 500 free, taking first-place overall (4:52.95), and in the 200 free (1:50.60) … Swam as the anchor leg in the 4×100 relay team in 2016 that won the state gold medal … Posted a third-place overall in the 1650 free (17:02.44) at the 2018 Speedo Sectionals … Finished fifth in both the 1000 free (10:01.63) and the 1650 free (16:46.34) at the 2017 Speedo Sectionals … Placed eighth at the 2016 USA Swimming Futures Championships in the 1500 LCM free (17:35.13) … Turned in a fourth-place finish in the 1500 LCM free (17:47.09) at the 2016 Speedo Champions Series … A four-time Capital 2K state high school female champion (2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018) … Also a finalist in the 1500 free at the 2016 Futures Meet A … Holds 25 Lost Creek Aquatics team records … Has posted career-best times of 1:50.60 in the 200 free, 4:52.95 in the 500 free, 10:01.63 in the 1000 free and 16:46.34 in the 1650 free … A two-time USA Swimming scholastic all-American … Awarded the Westlake High School Most Improved Female Award in 2016 … A member of the National Honor Society … A TISCA academic all-state selection in 2017.

Personal: Has one older sister… Also enjoys sailing, scuba diving, wakeboarding and surfing … Started swimming at four years old and joined a competitive team at age five …  Most memorable athletic accomplishment is competing in the Nationals Open Water 5k in California … Chose Tech because of the incredible engineering program, the swim program understands the demands of being a swimmer and an engineering student, and the comforting atmosphere on campus … Intends to major in mechanical engineering.
