2021 (Freshman): Made 24 appearances in relief on the mound … Led the team with a 3.09 ERA … Recorded a 2-2 record and three saves … Allowed just 11 earned runs in 32.0 innings, striking out 56 on the year – good for best on the team among relievers … Held opponents to a paltry .185 batting average … Debuted on the year with a no-hit innings against Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 21) … Struck out the side against Pitt (March 12) … Earned his first save against Pitt (March 13), not allowing an earned run and striking out three to close … Earned his second save at Wake Forest (March 20), allowing just one run on two hits in 1.0 innings … Picked up his third save at Duke (March 27), slamming the door with three strikeouts and no hits to close … Pitched a no-hit inning of relief against Auburn (April 13) … Was phenomenal in relief for his first win of the season at then-No. 12 Virginia Tech (April 18), allowing no earned runs, two hits and punching out seven in 3.0 innings … Earned his second win of the year against then-No. 17 Florida State (April 25), allowing just one earned run in 2.2 innings of work, striking out six … Also struck out six in 2.2 shutout innings at Kennesaw State (May 2) … Struck out four to close regulation during the 14-inning game against Georgia (May 18) … Did not allow a run over his final six appearances … Pitched 2.2 key shutout innings of relief with three strikeouts in the extra-innings game against Louisville (May 27) in the ACC Tournament … Pitched every day during the NCAA Nashville Regional, pitching 0.1 innings against Indiana State (June 4), 0.1 innings against then-No. 4 Vanderbilt (June 5) and 1.0 innings against Vanderbilt (June 6).

2020 (Freshman): Made four starts on the mound during the shortened 2020 season … Finished the season with a 1-1 record and 3.14 ERA over 14.1 innings of work … Allowed just five hits and five earned runs while striking out 20 batters … Held opponents to a frigid .104 batting average … Was a part of the first all-freshmen Opening Day battery in Georgia Tech history on Feb. 14 against St. Peter’s with Jake Holland … Finished his debut with no runs and one hit surrendered in 4.0 innings of work … Struck out eight while allowing just a hit and a run over 5.0 innings against Ohio State (Feb. 23) … Allowed two runs over three innings against then-No. 4 Georgia (March 1) … Did not allow a hit in 2.1 innings against then-No. 14 Auburn (March 10).
