As A Junior in 2009-10: Posted personal-best marks in three events at the 2010 ACC Championships … Finished 100-Breast with a time of 1:04.16 (20th place), second career-best mark came in the 200-Breast with a time of 2:19.83 (23rd place) and last P.R. came in the 200-IM in 2:06.92 (33rd place) … Took second in the 100-Breast (1:06.91) and third in the 200-Breast (2:26.16) vs. Emory … Earned a sixth place finish in the 100-Breast at the Georgia Tech Invitational touching the wall in a time of 1:05.17 as the Yellow Jackets’ top finisher … Earned two second place finishes in the 100 and 200-Breast with times of 1:06.72 and 2:26.60 respectively at UNC.

As A Sophomore In 2008-09: Posted career-highs in the 100-breast (1:04.67) and 200-breast (2:21.44) at the ACC Championships … Turned in season bests in the 500-free (5:15.68) at the ACC Championships and in the 200-IM (2:13.67) against Florida State.

As A Freshman In 2007-08: Joined team mid-way through the season … Had the fourth-best time in the 500-free when she touched the wall in 5:05.59 at the ACC Championships … Had the best times of the season for the squad in the 100- and 200-breast as she recorded a 1:04.67 and 2:21.11, respectively at the ACC Championships.

High School/International: Won first place in the Israeli Championships in the 4×50 IM relay as well as recording a second-place finish in the 100-breast.

Personal: Born Hen Pauker on March 5, 1987, in Nahariva, Israel … Parents are Yossi and Rachel Pauker … Sister of Adi and Lior … Chose Georgia Tech because it is a good school and she wants to help the swimming team … Hobbies include dancing, movies, running and music … Is an Engineering major.
