ABCA/Rawlings Second Team All-Region… First Team All-ACC… Was Tech[apos]s workhorse by logging a team-high 106.2 innings (third in the ACC)… Pitched to a 3.54 ERA… Allowed just 100 hits with 37 walks and 115 strikeouts (third-most in the ACC)… Was the ACC[apos]s only pitcher to fire a complete-game shutout with his 1-0 masterpiece versus Duke that earned him ACC Pitcher of the Week and College Sports Madness National Pitcher of the Week honors… Allowed just three hits, no walks with 11 strikeouts in the dominating performances over the Blue Devils as he out-dueled Marcus Stroman in arguably the ACC[apos]s best pitched game of the season… If you remove one game from Farmer[apos]s season (4.1 innings, 14 hits, 11 runs at Boston College), his season ERA drops to 2.73… Was on the wrong end of a 5-0 setback in Tech[apos]s 2012 opener vs. Kent State, although matching his career-high of nine strikeouts against just one walk in six innings… Fanned a career high 13 batters — half the 26 he faced — over six innings in a 12-4 win over Ohio State (2/24)… Gave Tech another strong start versus Rutgers (3/2), going seven innings, allowing six hits and two runs with nine strikeouts to win his second straight start… He won for the third straight time at NC State by going six innings with one earned run and six strikeouts… Won his fourth-consecutive start (second-longest streak in career), going seven innings and throwing a season-high 113 pitches in a 12-3 win over Virginia Tech (3/16) that clinched the 1,000th career win for head coach Danny Hall… Had his four-start winning streak snapped at Boston College (3/23)… Named ACC Pitcher of the Week on 4/2 after throwing the ACC[apos]s first complete-game shutout of the season versus Duke (M31)… Followed up his Duke performance with another stellar effort by going eight innings and allowing just one run and five hits with eight strikeouts versus No. 2 Florida State (Tech fell 2-1 in 10 innings)… His 126 pitches thrown vs. FSU were a career-high… Farmer continued his career dominance over North Carolina (4/20), allowing six hits and two runs in seven innings, en route to an 11-4 win (Farmer shut out UNC last season and yielded just four hits in eight innings)… Tossed seven shutout innings with eight strikeouts vs. Charlotte (5/5) and combined with Clay Dalton and Daniel Palka for Tech[apos]s fourth shutout of the year and Farmer[apos]s third career combined shutout… Allowed five hits (four home runs) and five runs in a no-decision at No. 22 Virginia… Pitched a gem versus No. 21 Miami, allowing just two hits and a run in six innings and turned a 4-1 lead over to the bullpen — was just as sharp on both sides of an 85-minute lightning delay that occurred after the third inning… Farmer gave the Jackets another quality start in the postseason, going six innings with five strikeouts and three runs allowed in a 5-4 win over No. 1 Florida State to open Tech[apos]s ACC Tournament title run… Facing a No. 1 team for the second straight start, he gave the Jackets a gem versus the top-ranked Florida Gators in the NCAA Gainesville Regional… Pitched seven innings, allowing seven hits and four runs with five strikeouts, but absorbed a tough 6-2 loss to the Gators.

Second team All-ACC… Finished his dominating sophomore season at 11-3 in 16 starts as Tech[apos]s Sunday starter… Third in the rotation behind a pair of 2011 MLB draft picks – first-rounder Jed Bradley and fifth-rounder Mark Pope… Posted a 2.82 ERA, recorded a pair of complete games… Went 8-1 in conference play in 2011 with a 3.03 ERA and upped his ACC record to 11-1 in his career… The eight conference wins were the most by any pitcher in the league in 2011, while his 99.1 innings were the fourth-most in the league… Only 34 of his 47 runs allowed were earned… Ran a seven-game win streak from March 6-May 1… Made quality starts in nine of his 16 appearances… Opened the season by allowing no runs through 5.0 innings against Kent State but received little run support in the no decision (Feb. 20)… Picked up his first win of the year against Rutgers by fanning eight in six innings while giving up just a run on March 6… Fired 8.0 innings of shutout ball in the 6-2 win over Maryland on March 13… Mowed down the Hurricanes with a season-high nine strikeouts in 8.0 innings while improving to 4-1 as the Yellow Jackets completed the sweep of Miami with a 3-1 win… Registered his fifth-straight win, allowing two earned runs over five innings at Duke on April 3… Earned sixth win of the season after seven strong innings with eight strikeouts and four earned runs in the 10-8 victory at No. 1 Virginia on April 10… Tossed his first career complete game (8.0 innings), scattering three runs on four hits in a loss to No. 18 Clemson on May 1… The setback ended a seven-game win streak for Farmer, and was his first career loss in conference play… Enjoyed his best career start to date, holding No. 9 North Carolina to just four hits in eight shutout innings on May 15… He combined with Luke Bard to hold UNC scoreless for the first time last season … Scattered three runs over seven innings against Virginia Tech for his 10th win of the season… Fell for just the third time after allowing three earned runs over six innings against No. 7 Florida State, fanning eight batters in the 4-2 loss in the ACC Tournament… His second career complete game was brilliant, keeping Georgia Tech alive in the NCAA Regional with a nine-inning, nine-strikeout effort to rout Austin Peay, 12-2… He scattered just five hits, allowed two runs (one earned) and gave up just one extra base hit in his first career NCAA postseason decision.
