Boasting several years of experience in college football recruiting and operations, Kassi Lee is in her second season as Georgia Tech’s recruiting operations coordinator.
Prior to coming to The Flats in 2016, Lee spent a year as director of high school relations for Army football. Before her stint at West Point, she spent three years at her alma mater, Georgia Southern. She began at GS as a graduate assistant in 2011 before being named director of football operations in 2013.
Lee’s professional experience also includes a year as an Atlanta-based associate with Parker Executive Search in their higher education practice.
A native of Elberton, Ga., Lee earned two degrees from Georgia Southern — a bachelor’s in business administration in 2011 and a master’s in business administration in 2013.
A team captain and four-year letterwinner for the Georgia Southern’s cross country and track and field program, Lee was also a member of GS’s Student-Athlete Advisory Board.
