In 2008-09: Indoor: Posted a 5[apos]8[quote] effort in the finals of the high jump at the ACC Indoor Championships, which was good enough for a fifth place finish … posted the same mark at the Tiger Paw Invitational and finished second overall … Outdoor: Captured the high jump at the Hurricane Invitational with a team season best mark of 5[apos]10[quote] … also finished seventh in the long jump at the event with a 17[quote].5[apos] leap … participated in the high jump at both the ACC Outdoor Championships and the NCAA East Region Championships.
High School: Gold-medalist in the high jump at the 2008 ISAA Jamaica Boy[apos]s and Girl[apos]s National Championships … silver-medalist in the same competition in 2007 … five-years track under Mark Prince at Immaculate … coached by Keith Wright on the CARIFTA National team at age 14 (2005) and 17 (2008)… silver at age 14 and gold at 17 in high jump.
