2019 Cross Country: PR’d at three meets during the regular season (6K-19:13.9, Bulldog Invite; 8K-25:41.4, Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown; 5.2 mile-27:13.1, Penn State National Open)… Earned another personal best in the 10K at NCAA South Regional Championships clocking in at 32:09.7…
2019 Track: Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Competed at seven meets… set a PR and finished fourth in the 2000m steeplechase with a time of 6:04.18 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational… set a new PR in the 1500m turning in a time of 3:51.24 at the Georgia Tech Invitational… turned in a personal best time in the 3000m steeplechase at the Penn Relays with a time of 9:15.00.
2018 Cross Country: Set a PR in the 7.6K with a time of 27:06.4 at the Georgia Bulldog Invitational… ran a personal-best 28:00.5 in the 8.369K at the Penn State Nationals Open.
2018 Track: Indoor: Turned in a season-best 5K time of 14:45.10 to finish fifth at the Vanderbilt Invitational … ran two 3K events with his best coming at the Orange & Purple Invitational (8:38.29) … also ran just two mile events, turning a career-best 4:17.52 at the Commodore Invite … also joined the DMR to a third place finish at the Commodore Invite (10:04.08). Outdoor: PR-ed in both the 2K and 3K steeplechases this season … turned in a career-best 9:15.60 at the Penn Relays to finish sixth in the 3K steeple while also running a 6:10.55 in the 2K steeple at the Yellow Jacket Invite … set a new personal record in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational (3:57.24 – 14th) … ran in one 800m event, running a 1:55.84 at the GT Invite.
2017 Cross Country: Ran in four events for cross country this season … had his best 8K time at the Crimson Classic, where he turned in a time of 26:59.7 … also recorded a 5K time of 15:34.4 at the Jacksonville State Opener.
2017 Track: Indoor: Turned in a personal-best time of 14:51.66 (17th) in the 5000m run at the Music City Challenge … also ran a first-place time of 15:13.22 in the 5000m run at the Orange and Purple Classic … recorded a 4:26.05 time in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational. Outdoor: Recorded a career-performance (9:29.94) in the 3000m steeplechase to finish eighth at the Georgia Tech Invitational … also turned in a time of 9:48.86 at the Florida Relays … recorded a time of 4:01.54 in the 1500m run at the Torrin Lawrence Invitational, improving upon his time of 4:04.20 as set in the Florida State Relays … in his lone 5000m run, recorded a 15:40.06 time at the Florida State Relays.
