Blake DeBartola is in his third year as a graduate assistant at Georgia Tech. He assists with the offensive line.
DeBartola came to Georgia Tech in 2015 after one year as the offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator at Shorter College in Rome, Ga. He began at Shorter as a graduate assistant in 2013 season before moving to a full-time role in 2014.
A native of Fayetteville, Ga., DeBartola was a four-year letterwinner at Georgia Southern, where he played center, guard and tackle for the Eagles. He started every game in 2011 and 2012 while helping lead the Eagles to three-straight NCAA Division I FCS semifinals appearances.
He graduated from Georgia Southern in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned an MBA from Shorter in 2014.
He is married to the former Faith Huffman of Fayetteville. The couple has one daughter, Lane Taylor, born May 17, 2015.
