Courtney Bowen joined the Georgia Tech football staff in August 2011 as the Administrative Coordinator for Recruiting.
In addition to coordinating official and unofficial prospect visits, she organizes and maintains the recruiting database while serving as the contact for high schools. She is also the academic liaison for all incoming and prospective student-athletes.
A 2006 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Bowen worked with the football program as an undergraduate then as a graduate assistant in football recruiting. Her myriad of responsibilities included recruiting, camps, coaching clinics, marketing and administrative duties.
She holds both a bachelor’s degree in public relations and master’s degree in sports management from the University of Tennessee.
Formerly Courtney Keck, she and her husband, Shane Bowen, were married June 20, 2015, in Atlanta. Shane was a Georgia Tech linebacker and is currently the linebackers coach at Kennesaw State.
