As a Senior (2013): Named to the All-ACC Second Team … Batted .303, the fifth-best batting average on the team … Led the team with 17 home runs and 52 RBI … Slugged .665 and had a .441 on-base percentage … Drew a team-high 38 walks … Accumulated 60 career home runs, one shy of tying the all-time Georgia Tech record … Led Tech in the circle with a 4.04 ERA and 178.1 innings pitched … Finished her career in the top-five of several pitching categories, including second in career wins (79), appearances (139), starts (117), shutouts (22) and innings pitched (752.2), and third in saves (6) and strikeouts (471) … Named the College Sports Madness ACC Softball Player of the Week twice, Preseason All-American Second Team and the website[apos]s ACC Preseason Field Player of the Year.
As a Junior (2012): Compiled a 26-12 record in 42 appearances, including 40 starts in the circle … Ranked no. 17 nationally with 10 shutouts … Threw 31 complete games … Struck out 146 battings and allowed just 71 earned runs in 248 innings pitched for a 2.58 ERA … Recorded the third-best batting average on the team (.309) … Tallied 46 hits and 18 runs in 149 at bats … Second on the team and tied for sixth in the league with 11 home runs … Led the team and tied for third in the ACC with 43 RBI … Drew the second-most walks on the team with 32 base on balls … Went 2-for-4 with one run, four RBI, one double and one home run … Earned MVP honors in the ACC Tournament after posting a 3-0 record in the circle with a 1.56 ERA, allowing just four earned runs in 18 innings pitched, but she was 5-for-9 from the plate (.556) with a home run, three RBI and two runs.
As a Sophomore (2011): Finished the year with a 12-4 record and a 3.10 ERA in 22 appearances, 18 starts … Notched six complete games and struck out 80 in 104.0 innings of work … At the plate, notched a .306 batting average rallying off 34 hits … Had two doubles and 12 home runs no the year driving in 28 and scoring 18 runs of her own … Notched a .649 slugging percentage … Recorded nine multi-hit games on the year including an outstanding 3-for-4 effort against Belmont (March 13) registering four RBIs, three runs scored and two homeruns … On the mound, tallied at least one strikeout in every appearance except against North Carolina (April 16) … Had a season high nine strikeouts against Lipscomb (March 19) in seven innings of work … Allowed no earned runs in seven appearances on the season including five straight from March 6 to March 15.
As a Freshman (2010): Enjoyed a phenomenal freshman year for the Jackets as one of the best performers in the country … As a pitcher she finished 22nd in the country and 1st in the ACC in wins with a record of 28-8 … Tossed eight shutouts to rank 28th in the nation and seconnd in the conference … Had the 6th-best ERA in the conference at 2.01 while opposing hitters only averaged .223, the 9th best total in the ACC … Pitched 222.1 innings on the year, the second most in the conference, while making 32 starts and 40 appearances, the fourth and fifth most in the ACC, respectively … Ranked ninth in the conference with 170 strikeouts, including 45 batters struck out looking, finishing eighth in the ACC … Also finished the year with a conference second-best total of two saves … At the plate, she finished the season with a .302 batting average .. .Had a .659 slugging percentage, fourth in the ACC, and .415 on base percentag e… Ranked 21st in the country and second in the conferencewith 20 home runs … Finished 34th in the nation and second in the ACC with 60 RBI … Posted 54 hits on the year, the ninth highest total in the conference, while also adding 35 walks, the third most in the ACC … Ended the season with 118 total bases, third most in the conference … Named ACC Pitcher of the Week for postingtwo complete shutouts against Florida and East Carolina (Feb. 13-14), including 13 total strikeouts … Gave up only one run in seven innings of work as the Jackets won 7-1 against Louisiana Lafayette (Feb. 27) … Pitched a complete shutout against Mississippi (March 7) in a 1-0 win that included five strikeouts and only two hits allowed … Named ACC Co-Pitcher of the Week for her performance at North Carolina (March 20-21) where she gave up only one run in five innings of work in the first game while pitching her first career no-hitter in the second game …Threw another shutout while striking out seven batters against Texas A&M (March 24) … Had a career-high 10 strikeouts in another shutout 1-0 win over Maryland (March 28) … She hit her first career home run in her first at bat in Tech[apos]s season opener against Canisius (Feb. 13) … Hit a home run and had three RBI while going 2-for-3 against James Madison (March 6)… Posted her first career grand slam against Kennesaw State (April 14) … Had a career high six RBI with a pair of three-run home runs at NC State (May 1).
