THE FLATS – Hailing from San Diego, Calif., Justin Moore comes to the Flats hoping to make an immediate impact as a guard.
Wearing the number zero, Moore is a three-star prospect out of Mission Bay High School. In his senior campaign for head coach Dennis Kane, Moore averaged 21 points, eight rebounds and six assists per game, leading the Buccaneers to a 21-8 record and a No. 9 finish in the state.
