• Georgia Tech baseball returns home for a much-needed five-game homestand that begins on Tuesday, April 5 against USC Upstate.
• The Yellow Jackets and Spartans have only faced off once on the diamond (last year), which the Jackets lost 9-3.
• Georgia Tech concluded its absolute gauntlet of a schedule to open ACC play, battling four of the top seven scoring teams in the league (rankings national): No. 1 Virginia (11.1 runs/game); No. 6 Wake Forest (10.0); No. 11 Virginia Tech (9.2); No. 12 Georgia Tech (9.2); No. 32 NC State (7.9).
• Georgia Tech’s remaining offenses this month include: No. 156 Florida State (6.1); No. 170 North Carolina (5.9); No. 232 Duke (5.2); No. 36 Miami (7.7)
