THE FLATS – Chesson Hadley bursts forth with top-10 performance at the Travelers Championship … Will Dickson and Andy Ogletree off to strong starts at GPro Tour Championship … Anders Albertson and Paul Haley II remain on trajectory to earn PGA Tour cards … More details below in this week’s Georgia Tech #ProJackets Report.

HADLEY POSTS TOP-10 FINISH AT TRAVELERS
In need of a high finish to boost his chances of making the 2022 FedEx Cup playoffs and retain his PGA Tour card, Chesson Hadley pulled together rounds of 68-67-67-64 last weekend to finish fifth at the Travelers Championship.
Following birdies on four of his first six holes Sunday, Chesson Hadley (5th/-14) holed his second shot at the par-4 15th from 28’ 1” en route to a 6-under 64 in the final round at TPC River Highlands. Hadley began the week with missed cuts in each of five previous Travelers Championship starts.
A 2021 inductee into the Georgia Tech Sports Hall of Fame, Hadley produced his first top-10 finish of 2021-22 and leaped 46 spots to No. 160 in the FedEx Cup points standings. There is more work to do in order to reach the top 125 by the end of the regular season, which includes six more events, including this week’s John Deere Classic in Silvis, Ill.
Stewart Cink, a two-time champion at this event, was the only other Yellow Jacket to make the cut, tying for 53rd place.
Hadley looks to build on the momentum of his Travelers performance this weekend at the John Deere Classic, joining Seth Reeves, Richy Werenski and Vincent Whaley, who all missed the cut last weekend.

JACKETS SHUT OUT ON KORN FERRY, CANADIAN TOURS
Anders Albertson, J.T. Griffin and Chris Petefish all missed the cut last weekend as the Korn Ferry Tour stopped in Maine for the Live and Work in Maine Open.
Albertson remains 13th in the points standings on the Korn Ferry Tour and in good position to regain his PGA Tour card at the end of the regular season, which has five events remaining.
Paul Haley II took the weekend off after a string of strong performances of late that has him sitting 12th on the Korn Ferry Tour points list. Haley has six finishes of 11th or higher in 10 events this season, and inched up to 12th place on the Korn Ferry Tour points list. He has finished T11, T6, T7 and T11 in his last four tournaments.
Haley returns to action this week at The Ascendant in Colorado along with Albertson and Petefish.
Heavy rains forced cancellation of the PGA Tour Canada’s Elk Ridge Open in Saskatchewan, where Luke Schniederjans opened with a 68. The tour moves to Prince Edward Island this week, with J.T. Griffin and Tyler Strafaci joining Schniederjans in the field.

DICKSON REMAINS SOLID ON GPRO TOUR
First-year pro Will Dickson tied for 12th place at the GPro Tour’s Mimosa Championship last week (201, -9), continuing a solid beginning to his professional career which includes a victory. Recent graduate Ben Smith missed the cut for the second week in a row, by one stroke after carding a pair of 68s.
The GPro Tour concludes its 2022 schedule this week with the GPro Tour Championship in Hertford, N.C. Dickson and Andy Ogletree are in the limited field. Dickson fired an opening 68 Monday (T2) while Ogletree shot 69 (T4).
