Track & Field Concludes Competition in Jacksonville

THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech track and field teams concluded competition at the NCAA East Preliminaries with the women’s high jump and 3000m steeplechase on Saturday, May 27.

Shanty Papakosta represented Tech in the women’s high jump. Papakosta finished tied for 17th place with a mark of 1.72 meters (5-7.75).

Helena Lindsay was the final Jacket and second steeplechaser to compete this week. In the women’s 3000m steeplechase, Lindsay recorded a time of 10:42.65.
