Paige Needham joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association in August 2021 as a compliance assistant.
In her role, Needham assists with initial eligibility, playing and practice seasons, rules education and complimentary admissions.
Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Needham worked as an administrative assistant at Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank. Needham began her career in collegiate athletics as an undergraduate compliance intern at Auburn University.
A native of Ellicott City, Md., Needham graduated with a bachelor of arts in political science from Auburn University in 2017. She earned her master’s of science in sport management from Florida in 2021.
Needham is a member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) and National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A).
