Shelby Varner joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association in August, 2019. In her current role, Varner works directly with the men’s basketball, golf and volleyball programs.
Varner is a graduate of Stetson University, where she earned a bachelor of arts in psychology. She also earned a masters of science in sports psychology from Florida State, where she worked as a mentor in Student-Athlete Academic Services and as a Mental Performance Consultant. She has also spent time at the University of Miami as an academic advising intern for Olympic sports.
