Kevin Cruse has served as the human resources business partner for Georgia Tech athletics since June 2017.
Cruse joined the Georgia Tech Athletics Association after two years as HR business partner for Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business.
In addition to his role at the GTAA, he also serves as principal for HR Cruse and Associates in Smyrna, Ga., an organization that manages day-to-day HR administrative responsibilities for three client organizations, and as an adjunct professor at Georgia Piedmont Technical College.
Cruse’s career in HR spans nearly 30 years, including 21 in the Atlanta area. He graduated from the College of New Jersey, where he was a track and field and swimming student-athlete, and earned a master’s degree in human resource management from Troy University.
