Da’sha (Day) Prescott-Moore was named Georgia Tech athletics’ hospitality manager in June 2021.
Day started with Georgia Tech athletics hospitality in 2019 as a game-day FANGINEERTM before transitioning to be an intern prior to the 2020 season. Her primary responsibilities include providing hospitality management for all premium seating areas, working closely day-to-day with GTAA Facilities & Event Ops, the Alexander-Tharpe Fund, Proof of the Pudding and other essential personnel to further improve the services that shape the game-day experience of the Athletic Association’s biggest football, men’s basketball and baseball donors.
Prior to Georgia Tech, her previous roles included: managing game operations for Galloway School athletics in Atlanta; serving on the advisory board in addition to providing private training lessons for Kid Goals, LLC; volunteering with various NCAA championship events; an event management internship with the Georgia Games Championships; internships with Philadelphia Union (MLS), Rochester Rhinos (USL League One) and Rochester Rattlers (MLL); and serving as a Culture Coordinator with Starfinder Foundation, a non-profit soccer organization in Philadelphia, where she developed leadership programs and coached hundreds of high school students and youth throughout the year.
Originally from Abington, Pa., Day holds a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Syracuse University as well as a master’s degree in sport administration from Georgia State University.
