Brett Hrouda was named the manager of creative content and video with the Legends partnership team at Georgia Tech in April 2022. He served in that capacity until Feb. 2024.
Hrouda joined the Legends partnership team after serving as a member of the communications and creative team for the Atlanta Gladiators, a professional minor league hockey team in the ECHL located in Duluth, Ga. During his time with the Gladiators, his role included developing creative video, social media and sharing commentary and game analysis with viewers through game recaps and previews. Before joining the Gladiators, Hrouda spent time as a social media and marketing specialist with Georgia Impact.
A native of Canton, Ga., Hrouda graduated from Auburn University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in media studies. While at Auburn, he worked as a sportswriter and producer for Eagle Eye TV, a student-run television station that specializes in a variety of content in news, sports and entertainment.
