Brad Horton is in his fourth year as the volunteer assistant Coach at Georgia Tech. He has played a key role in character development and teaching leadership skills to the team. In addition to on-court coaching, he meets with players individually and organizes team building exercises.
A native of Raleigh, N.C., Horton brings a strong work ethic and tireless positive energy to the team.

Horton grew up playing junior tennis in North Carolina and trained for six years under former N.C. State head coach J. W. Isenhour. He helped lead Broughton High School to 2 NCHSAA 4A State Championships in 1990 and 1992.

He was a member of the Baylor University football team as a placekicker and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Education in Health and Human Performance.
Horton earned a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Leadership at Columbia International University in Columbia, S.C. in 2001. Since 2003, Brad has served as North Point Ministries[apos] Director of College Ministry and leads The Living Room out of Buckhead Church- a weekly gathering of Atlanta-area university students for community, worship, and practical teaching.
Brad and his wife, Jade, live just down 10th Street on the Westside. They love this city and can often be found at one of the many great restaurants around Georgia Tech, long-boarding in beautiful Piedmont Park, or rooting for the home team.
