Amanda Guerry joined Georgia Tech athletics’ student services team in November 2019 as an academic coordinator. In her role, Guerry helps support the baseball, men’s and women’s track and field, men’s and women’s swimming and diving and men’s tennis programs.
Guerry came to The Flats after three years (2016-19) in student-athlete academic support services at Virginia Tech, where she worked directly with VT’s football program. Prior to her time at Virginia Tech, Guerry served as an intern at Clemson University (2015-16) for the Colonnade Group.
Guerry is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and sport management. She also earned a master’s degree in sport administration from Liberty University.
A Charlotte, N.C. native, Guerry currently resides in Atlanta with her husband, Thomas, and their dog, Georgia. Thomas is an associate director of player personnel for Georgia Tech football.
