Alvin LaRue is a service and retention consultant for the Aspire Group and Georgia Tech fan relationship marketing center.
LaRue joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association as a new sales consultant for the Aspire Group within the fan relationship marketing center in October 2015 and was promoted to his current role on the service staff in March 2017.
He also has experience in the sports industry as an inside sales executive for the Atlanta Falcons and as a state marketing representative for the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour.
LaRue, who graduated with a degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Kentucky in 2014, was a student development officer for the UK Annual Giving Fund phonation as well as a peer instructor at Kentucky. He also worked as a marketing intern for the Bluegrass Sports Commission and was a summer basketball coach at Camp Rondo for two years.
