2021 Indoor: Earned second team all-ACC honors in the women’s 5K after posting a time of 16:18.56 to take fourth at ACC’s … Raced at six meets … PR’d in the women’s mile at the South Carolina Invite with a time of 4:53.47, also helping the DMR crew take second at that meet … Collected a fifth-place finish in the 3K at the Bob Pollack Indoor invite clocking in at 9:24.36 … Placed fourth in the women’s 5K at the Music City Challenge after a 16:22.29 showing

2020 Cross Country: Key contributor among Tech’s top finishers throughout the year that helped lead the Yellow Jacket women to its best finish at NCAA Division I XC National Championships in program history (No. 20) … Finished 77th at NCAA Division I XC National Championships with a time of 21:20 in the women’s 6K championship race … Earned All-ACC honors following a 13th-place effort in the women’s 6K championship race, clocking in at 20:36 to set a new personal best mark, was one of three Tech women to earn All-ACC recognition, the most in program history … Second Jacket to cross the finish line at ACC’s, helping Tech cement its best finish at the meet in program history (2nd-place) … Placed fourth in the women’s 6K race at the Mountain Dew Gator Cross Country Invite recording a time of 21:08 … PR’d in the women’s 5K race at the FSU Invite, securing a time of 17:23 to finish in 13th-place

2020 Indoor: Competed at four meets throughout 2020 indoor season … Opened the year with a new PR in the 1000m at the Clemson Orange & Purple Elite Meet with a time of 2:59.77 … Raced in the 5000m at ACC Indoor Championships posting a time of 17:09.43

2019 Cross Country: One of Tech’s top finishers who earned points at all four meets she competed in this season … Finished third overall and helped the team place first at the Bulldog Invite with a 4K time of 13:40.5 … Turned in a personal-best 6K time of 20:57.1 to help the Jackets to a fourth-place finish (28th individually) at the NCAA South Regional … Was the third Jacket to cross the finish line helping the team to a second-place finish at the Penn State National Open with a 6K time of 21:07.0 … Finished third on the team with a 6K time of 22:10.5 at the ACC Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 1500m at the Joe Walker Classic with a personal-best time of 4:27.17 … Recorded a new 5K PR by turning in a time of 16:42.57 at the Penn Relays … Finished seventh in the 1500m with a time of 4:39.63 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational

2019 Indoor: Set a new PR mile time, running a 4:58.46 at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships … Helped lead the DMR group to a second place finish (12:11.18) at the Vanderbilt Invitational … Set a new PR in the 1000m (3:03.98) at the Clemson Orange & Purple Elite … Finished with a personal-best 9:44.45 in the 3K at the Music City Challenge

2018 Cross Country: Helped lead Georgia Tech to the 2018 NCAA Cross Country Championship for the first time since 2001, finishing with a 6K time of 22.54.1 … Set a 6K PR with a time of 21:34.2 at the NCAA South Region Cross Country Championships … Finished seventh at the Georgia Bulldog Invitational with a 5.5K PR time of 21:13.6 … Set a 5K PR with a time of 18:17.7 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle of Beantown … Recorded a 6K time of 21:40.2 at the Penn State Nationals Open … Competed in the ACC Championships, finishing with a 6K time of 21:59.3

2018 Outdoor: Set a PR in the 1500m by turning in a time of 4:32.32 to finish ninth at the Tiger Track Classic … Also recorded a personal-best in the 5K (17:08.78) at the Georgia Tech Invitational to finish fifth … Helped lead the DMR group to a gold (12:08.64) at the Commodore Invitational

2018 Indoor: Turned in a time of 5:01.91 in her lone mile performance at the Commodore Invitational … Posted a 3K time of 9:56.37 at the Vanderbilt Invitational

High School: Attended West Forsyth High School … A four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field, running the 3200m and 1600m in track … Was a captain in both her senior year … Was the 2016 cross country individual champion and 1,600m individual champion in 2017 … Holds school records at 1600m (5:00.45) and 3200m (10:51.07) in track and the 5K (17:54.56) in cross country … Named Atlanta Track Club first-team all-metro in cross country in 2014 and 2016 … Earned the 2016 Science Olympiad Regional award for experimental design
