Brent Bridger

Bridger is currently the Athletic Director at Heritage Preparatory School in Atlanta, Ga. and also serves as the Physical Education Teacher for the school. Prior to Heritage and Georgia Tech, he served as the Director for TCA Atlanta for two years and Assistant Director for two years dating back to the fall of 2006. During his four years with TCA, Coach Bridger led a 15-U team in 2008 to a USA Nationals Qualification. In addition, as the Director in 2010, he coached the 17-U team to a USA National Qualification and also saw the club[apos]s 15-U & 16-U teams Qualify for the National Tournament.

Over the four years with TCA, Bridger saw the club as an unrecognized organization in the Southern Region with only six teams to now having 12 teams and in two different locations in Metro Atlanta and recognized as one of the top two or three clubs in Georgia and a top five club in the SRVA. He also saw nearly 35 players receive opportunities to play at the next level at various colleges and universities from around the country.

Prior to TCA Atlanta, Bridger served as the Head Coach at Mount Pisgah Christian School in Alpharetta, Ga., where he began the program from scratch in 2002 and led them to a GISA State Championship in 2005 where he was also named Coach of the Year. During his time at Mount Pisgah, he spent one year as the Girl[apos]s Head Basketball Coach and one year as the Assistant Baseball Coach while also teaching Physical Education, Health and Bible.

Before arriving at Mount Pisgah and continuing through part of his time at Mount Pisgah, Bridger owned and operated Focus Sports, LLC which served as a Showcase and Training Business for Girls Volleyball and Basketball. While with Focus Sports Coach Bridger helped over 40 players reach and receive collegiate scholarships in volleyball and many more in basketball. He trained numerous players to all-state selections and all area award recipients and had two players receive all conference honors at the collegiate level.

Bridger received his Degree from the State University of West Georgia with a Bachelors in Sport Management/Recreation. He currently lives in Lawrenceville, GA with his lovely wife Kristi and his two boys Joshua (5) and Cody (2) [quote]aka mini-me.[quote]
