THE FLATS – Get to know Georgia Tech Volleyball senior rightside hitter Monique Mead. The Newnan, Ga. native is a three-time AVCA honorable mention All-American, as well as a three-time All-ACC selection.
Mead and the Yellow Jackets open their 2012 regular season Friday, Aug. 24 against Cal State Fullerton as part of the Georgia Tech Courtyard Invitational at O’Keefe Gym. First serve is set for 7 p.m.
