Overcame on-court struggles the previous two years to provide a big boost to the Yellow Jackets as a senior, compiling a 14-6 singles record in dual matches during the spring, including an 9-3 mark in the ACC … Never lost playing at No. 6 (8-0) and was 6-6 combined playing at No. 4 and 5 … Had a 20-15 singles record for the year, best since his freshman year … Also has compiled a 13-7 doubles record in the spring with freshman Andrew Li, playing all but one of those matches in the No. 3 position … Named to the ACC All-Academic team.

2014-15 (Junior): Match-by-Match

Struggled through much of the spring with a shoulder injury, missing seven matches, two in the ACC … Just 5-15 in dual matches, 11-21 overall … Went 4-9 against ranked opponents … Began the spring playing at No. 1, but played his ACC Tournament matches at No. 3 … Solid at No. 3 doubles with Cole Fiegel, posting a 7-3 record there (4-2 in ACC matches), 11-7 overall … Teamed with Christopher Eubanks to reach the finals in Division I doubles at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships, lost to the fifth-seed team – Dromsky/Smelyanski from Tennessee – in the championship… Won the 2014 Bulldog Scramble in Athens, Ga… Defeated two ranked opponents as a part of his 5 and 0 weekend… Fell one win shy of qualifying for the main doubles draw with partner Cole Fiegel at the ITA Men’s Tennis Championships.

2013-14 (Sophomore): Match-by-Match

All-ACC second-team, finished spring with an ITA ranking of No. 115 … Had a 19-20 overall singles record, second-most singles wins on the team … Was 10-11 in spring dual matches (8-9 playing the No. 1 position) … Finished spring ranked No. 104 in Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) rankings … Defeated four nationally ranked players in the spring, including No. 19 Amerigo Contini of Virginia Tech, No. 41 Tsvetan Mihov of South Carolina, No. 68 Naksim Kan of Wake Forest and No. 68 Domonique Maden of Clemson … Most frequent doubles partner was freshman Cole Fiegel, they played No. 2 in the spring and were 10-10 together … Highlight in doubles play was his 8-4 victory with Nathan Rakitt over Georgia’s No. 2-ranked combo of Hernus Pieters and Ben Wagland at the USTA/ITA Southeast Regional … Also earned a doubles victory with Rakitt over Florida’s 60th ranked Florent Diep and Michael Alford, and against NC State’s Sean Weber and Nick Horton, also ranked 60th at the time.
