2013-14:
Spring: Named captain of the Jackets … Led the Yellow Jackets in singles matches won with 18 … Went 23-10 in singles and 17-13 in doubles overall … Owned a team-best 12-2 mark in ACC play … Went 14-3 on court five, winning five-straight matches at the end of the season … Clinches three matches for the Yellow Jackets … On her senior day, defeated Rachel Kahan, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, to cinch the win against #1 Duke … Her win on court six against Maike Zeppernick, 6-3, 6-2, clinched the victory against Nebraska … Defeated Isel Martinez-Marcos of Virginia Tech, 6-0, 7-6, to secure Tech[apos]s win in the second round of the ACC Tournament … Won both of her singles matches in the 2014 NCAA Tournament, defeating Purdue[apos]s Andjela Djokovic, 6-3, 6-1, and Vanderbilt[apos]s Ashleigh Antal, 6-3, 6-0 … Paired up with doubles partner Natasha Prokhnevska on court two and went 11-10 … The duo went 3-2 against nationally ranked opponents … Wacker and Prokhnevska defeated Notre Dame[apos]s #41 Jennifer Kellner and Monica Robinson, 8-5 .. Debut in the ITA Doubles Rankings at 49 on February 25^th … Captured an 8-3 win against #62 Nida Hamilton and Maddie Lipp of Northwestern … Topped Clemson[apos]s #78 Romy Koelzer and Tristen Dewar, 8-2.

Fall: Recorded a 3-3 record in singles and went 5-3 in doubles during the fall … Partnered up with Natasha Prokhnevska to go 3-2 during tournament play in doubles … Also went 2-1 alongside Rasheeda McAdoo in the beginning of the season.

2012-13: Finished the season with a 15-8 record overall in singles and a dual match record of 14-8 … Played mostly on court five in singles, notching a 13-6 mark … Clinched the Yellow Jacket[apos]s win against Maryland on court five against Nataliya Bredikhina with a score of 6-1, 6-2 … Partnered with Natasha Prokhnevska to go 7-7 in doubles overall, which includes a 5-6 mark on court three … Went 13-13 overall in doubles, including a 11-12 dual match record … Also partnered with Elizabeth Kilborn to go 5-6 in dual matches on courts two and three in doubles matches.

2011-12: Played mostly doubles during sophomore season, posting a 22-13 overall record and a 16-9 dual match doubles record… Went 11-5 overall in singles play… Went 8-3 in ACC doubles matches… Beat Princeton[apos]s 55th-ranked pair of Katie Goepel and Rachel Saiontz 8-2 for only ranked win of the year…

2010-11: Finished the spring with a 5-1 overall record and a 3-0 mark in dual play… Went 5-3 in doubles play…Posted a 5-5 individual record this fall in her first semester on The Flats… Won three matches at the fall opening Georgia Tech Invitational… Notched a 2-5 doubles record playing with fellow freshman Rocio Alberca Lopez and a 3-1 mark teamed with Christina Ngo, including a 2-1 mark at the Georgia Tech Invitational.

Juniors: Swiss Champion in singles in the U12, U14 and U16 divisions … Was Swiss Champion in doubles U12, U16 and U18 divisions … Attended K&S Raemibuehl high school in Zurich.

Personal: Born Muriel Wacker on January 7, 1991 in Zurich, Switzerland … Daughter of Hansjoerg and Ursi Wacker … Father played in the national league of table tennis in Switzerland … Enjoys shopping, going to the movies and skiing … Majoring in industrial engineering.
