2023 (Junior): Versatile defensive lineman appeared in all 12 regular-season games and made nine starts – six at defensive end and three at defensive tackle … Amassed 34 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, two quarterback hurries, two pass breakups and a forced fumble over the course of the regular season … Opened the season as a starter at defensive tackle against Louisville (Sept. 1), making three tackles … Came off the bench for the next two games and made five tackles as a reserve at No. 17 Ole Miss (Sept. 16) … Returned to the starting lineup at defensive end the next week against Wake Forest (Sept. 23) and made a career-high seven tackles (including a half-tackle for loss) with a pass breakup in the 30-16 win … Would go on to start six-straight games at DE … Had four stops, including a half-tackle for loss, in 23-20 win at No. 17 Miami (Fla.) 2022 (Sophomore): Saw action in all 12 games and made 12 starts as a defensive tackle … Finished the season with 22 tackles, which included 2.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and a fumble recovery … Turned in best performance of the season with four tackles (three solo) and a sack in the huge 21-17 road victory over No. 13/11 North Carolina (Nov. 19) … Also turned in four assisted tackles against Miami (Fla.) (Nov. 12) … Recorded two tackles six other times – vs. No. 4 Clemson (Sept. 5), at UCF (Sept. 24), at No. 24 Pitt (Oct. 1), vs. Duke (Oct. 8), at Florida State (Oct. 29) and at Virginia Tech (Nov. 5).
2021 (Freshman): Saw action in 11 games as a reserve defensive tackle … Only missed penultimate game of the season at No. 6 Notre Dame (Nov. 20) … Recorded one quarterback hurry on the season.
2020 (South Carolina): Transfer from the University of South Carolina … Has four seasons of eligibility remaining … Did not see game action in lone season at South Carolina.
