Indoor: Set the school record in the 3000m at the Commodore Invitational with a time of 8:03.13 … Helped set the school record in the DMR at the Alex Wilson Invitational, recording a time of 9:34.38 with Avery Bartlett, A.Z. Reese and Andres Littig … Finished third in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a time of 4:03.09 … Finished fifth in the mile and recorded a personal best at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 4:01.85 … Finished fifth in the DMR at the ACC Indoor Championships with a time of 9:41.68 along with Bartlett, Reese and Littig … Finished 12th in the 3000m at the ACC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:10.52. 2015 Cross Country:
Won the 5k event at the JSU/Struts Invitational with a time of 14:58.1 … Finished 19th at the Commodore Classic with a time of 25:19.4 … Battled injuries during the second half of the season … Finished 42nd in the 8k event at the ACC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:51.5 … Finished 52nd in the 9.725k event at the NCAA South Regional with a time of 32:19.3.
2015 Track:
Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Part of the 4×800-meter relay team that won the event at the Penn Relays … Placed fourth in the 1500m (3:48.42) at the ACC Outdoor Championships to earn second team All-ACC honors … Ran a leg of the 4×800-meter relay that won the Florida Relays for the third straight year, and placed third in the 1500m (3:45.55) at the same meet … Improved his 1500m time to a PR of 3:44.43 for third place at the Georgia Tech Invite … Placed second in the 1500 meters at the Duke Twilight.
2014 Cross Country:
Earned NCAA All-Region honors with a 20th-place finish and 10K time of 30:59 at the NCAA South Regional … Finished first for Georgia Tech in all six meets … Placed first overall in the UGA Invitational … Recorded a career-best 8K time of 24:17 and finished first overall at the Florida Mountain Dew Invitational … Finished first out of 160 runners at the Upstate Invitational with a time of 24:58 … Placed 34th overall with a time of 24:18 at the ACC Championships.
2014 Track:
Indoor: Helped the DMR place second at the Orange and Purple Classic … Ran a career-best 4:01.90 in the mile at the UW Husky Classic … Placed third in the same event at the Vanderbilt Invite … Helped the DMR team to a second-place finish at the same meet with a time of 9:50.17 … Placed fifth in the mile at the ACC Championships. 2013 Track:
Indoor: Placed fourth with a career-best mile time of 4:07.17 at the Rod McCravy Invite … Logged a PR in the 3,000 meters (8:26.68) at the ACC Championships. Outdoor: Won the 1,500 meters at two meets – the Florida Relays (3:48.03) and the Bob Pollock Invite … Recorded a PR in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:45.84 for second place at the Georgia Tech Invitational … Part of the 4×800-meter relay team that took first in two meets – the Florida Relays (7:22.37) and the Georgia Relays (7:42.95) … Set a personal best in the 800 meters (1:50.69) at the Georgia Tech Invite.
2012 Cross Country:
