As A Junior In 2012-13: Established career-best times in both the 200 breast and 200 IM and moved into the top 10 in both events on Georgia Tech[apos]s career lists… Put down a time of 2:22.19 in the 200 breast at the ACC Championship, which the third-fastest by a Tech swimmer in 2012-13 and ranked ninth on Tech[apos]s all-time list… Was Tech[apos]s second-fastest 200 IMer for the season, touching the wall in 2:05.94 — a time which stood as the 10th fastest all-time at Tech.
As A Sophomore In 2011-12: Recorded career-best times in five different events, including top times in both the 100 breast (1:07.61) and the 200 breast (2:24.95) at the Georgia Tech Invitational… Swam both the 100 fly (1:01.72) and the 200 fly (2:17.50) in the dual meet win over Emory… Put down a time of 1:01.08 in the 100 back versus Georgia.
As A Freshman In 2010-11: Posted a career best time in the 200 breast (2:26.06) and the 400 IM (4:25.56) at the 2011 ACC Championships … Posted a career best time in the 200 back (2:10.21) and the 200 IM (2:06.43) at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational …Posted a career best in the 100 breast (1:11.11) vs. Georgia and Emory … Placed first in the 400 IM (4:38.14) vs. Florida … Took first place and recorded a career best time in the 200 fly (2:12.45) vs. Darton.
High School: A four-year letterwinner at Boiling Springs High School where she captained her team from her sophomore year on … Won the 200 IM at the 2009 State Championships … Named All-American in the 200 IM, All-State, and MVP of her team for all four years … Holds the state record in the 200 breast … Wendy[apos]s High School Heisman State Finalist.
Personal: Born Caroline Beth Fore on March 16, 1992 in Salt Lake City, Utah … Parents are Bryan and Terry Fore … Has a younger brother, Christopher … Chose Georgia Tech because of the academics, the closeness of the swim team and the location … Plans to major in International Affairs and Modern Languages in hopes of being a Spanish teacher.
